What types of library files read by modelsim

Hi,

I want to do Gate level simulation with Modelsim.

I hav netlist for design and SDF file.
But I hav library in the .db, .lib format .
Iam unable to read these format ,Suggest how to use it in modelsim..
(I mean any conversion by PT tool or some others)

Hi
By ur post u seen to be using synopsys DC.
if yes go in the package say PcCMOSLP90
in that u get a corelib.v tech file which u include in your simulation,i.e. compile with ur generated netlist and simulate.

Hi,

u need u r standard cell functional models written in verilog/vhdl for the gat level simulation.

.lib or .db is only for timing analysis.
