current compensated common mode choke

Are 'common-mode choke' and 'asymmetrical-mode choke' referred to the same type of choke? Pls advise. Thanks.

Really confused... what's the relationship among 'common-mode choke', asymmetrical-mode choke', and 'current compensated choke'...?

Common Mode Chokes are inductive filters that are used in the input of a device to reduce input and output noise. Remember that this noise is common to both wires.
