Problem of Modelsim5.5F - how to fix it?

modelsim5.5f

I run the simulation of my design using the modelsime and i got the Flexlm error ...
Does anyone have the same problem with me and had already know how to fix it .

ps : I can run well with other design without any error . If only appear on special case
