sure, why not? but you should use a right toolfor a right job.
 

ADS is professional tool for analog simulation

what you want to simulate?
 

i just know that ads is for RF and other high frequency stuff, but i found that it is easy and convinent to use , it seems that it is not good for generall analog ic design, looking forwards to your comment.
