    What is the most commonly used ESD structure in RF circuits?

    Diode, ggMOS, SCR, which is suitable for RF application??

    Low capacitance varistors also work.

    Hi, Normally TV's and radio's use two antiparallel 1N4148 diodes. Professional receivers use Surge Arresters with 1 pF capacity work perfect but expensive. Neon tube does also work for low cost !.
