how to connect pic16f877 to 20 pins zif socket

Is the pic16f877 need a componet to connect to zif socket?

like mc68hc11, it needs pia68b21 to connect to ziff socket.
 

877 has 40 pins

dont quite get the question myself

i think you mean some sort of programmers adaper

check the support site for the programmer
or look up the connections for it in your manual or docs or send an email
