What is the easiest way to generate a 10 sec pulse every 2 hours?

Use a simple microcontroller, such as a pic. It would be a very simple program.

I agree with lambtron. The best way is using a micro, which will ensure accurate timing intervals, even though they may be very long.

I already done that just searching for a simple IC
such as 555 that could do such a job
