hi,

can anyone tell me what's the right way for wiring ready pcb (without making one )
: the circuit based on pic and lcd. which metode is better :wirewrap or simple wires, and if simple wires where to connect the wires on top of the pcb or at the bottom (other side) and etc . is there any site that explains the subject ???

thanx in advance
avi.

Re: wiring the pcb...

I use point to point, I think that is what you refer to as simple.

A few tips:

Use a quality proto board. Pick a foil pattern that matches your
application. If you can find one with a solder mask and or tin
plating that is a big plus.

If the board is not tin plated you need to clean the bare copper
prior to soldering on it.

Spend time to place the parts in a manner that will result in the
least wire on the board.

I place most of my wires on the top. I may place a few wires on
the bottom if it makes sense (top wire would be messy).

The price of having PCB's made has come down a lot. If you
intend to make more then one or two of the same boards
learn to use a PCB layout program and have a board house
make it for you.
