HI, eveyone:

I am just a beginner in the IC design field. Now I am trying the Cadence MonteCarlo simulation examples (the Low pass filter in the library aExample). I followed the manual tightly but can not get the results. I set the "run" from 1 to 100. However the circuit only can be simulated in the first run.
The error message in the log file is shown as follow:
"Fatal error found by spectre during Monte Carlo analysis 'mc1'.
can not communicate with artil process.
Analysis 'mc1' terminated prematurely due to error."

What's artil process? If the simulator can not find the file, what's the reason?

Pls help me, Thanks a lot!!
