Help me get regulated voltage from +15V to -15V and 5V in DC supply

Hi

I have external inputs of +15V , -15V and +5V regulated DC supply to my circuit and I need to have internal dc regulated voltages of +15 V , -15 V, +10V,
-10V,+5V ,-5V,-13.5 V and +4.5V at different points of my circuit.

Tell me technique to have the above mentioned regulated voltages from +15v , -15v and +5v.
