To get information regarding postive feedback you can use "OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER AND LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS" by Ramakant Gayakwad easily available in market

can use as comparator with +ve feedback.schmitt trigger or hysteresis comparator
 

pls specify what exctly u want to do or know, u can use positive feedback in comparator or oscillator, but be carefull about the unstability.thank u.
 

In order to understand the feedback theory of Op ams kindly study the book "Art of electronics".It is available at rapidshare.It is a real good electronics engineer companion.
