How can I read and understand a data from the meter ?
 

which number ?

I check the magazine, but i can't find anyting :-((
 

Some electronic meters have a protocol call IEC 1107.

This allows all internal registers to be read.

If you know the passwords aslo to be reprogrammed.
 

about iec61107

any info about this protocol ? I goggled, but i can't find anything :-(

Maybe it's a litle bit to late...

Look at IEC website, http://www.iec.ch, and search for IEC1107.
The document needs to be purchased... :(

There is an IEC FLAG a sub-set of IEC 1107, to communicate with meter.
