How to manually uninstall software (not in safe mode) ?

Problem: Fatal exception

Hello everybody
I recently installed paragon cd rom emulator 3.0 and speed up my pc software
Now whenever I start my computer I am getting blue screen message like,

fatal exception 0e(page fault) in vxd VMM(01) at 0028:c00024d9

I am not able to uninstall software in safe mode
how can i manullay unistall them
Please help me.
