How to develop a timer on 8031 controller without ICs?

8031 controller

Can we Develop a timer with on 8031 controller without using any other ICs, can any one suggest a small project

Yeah ...the built in timer is the wise choice ...no external ICs required...

8031 without any additional IC's - I can't believe it! At least some clock and reset logic is needed, not to mention some program memory!
