adc converter ic

Can anyone please suggest a good ADC convertor IC with high bit rate.. It can be used to build an oscilloscope.. We are thinking about it.. So,please suggest one good ic.. Will be nice if it got high bit rate..
 

do a search fo bitscope, TI have a few cheaper fast 8-bits-ADC
 

Try ADC08100 from National. Its a good low cost ADC with 100MHz sampling rate.
 

How about Analog Devices AD9211? This is a 10-bit monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter with 250 MSPS sample rate.
 

Maxim have a huge range and a good samples policy.

Both Maxim and Analog Device offer good ADCs...Try their websites and u will find a lot more...
