Negative artwork where autovoid???!!! (allegro)

hello to all!

my problem is:

when mark layers NEGATIVE, allegro not create autovoid (dynamic shape),
but when layer positive - tehere is no the problem with autovoiding,

what do YOU think?
help me please...
 

We always define it as positive, never had any problem..Once I tried with negative, our fab vendor landed in problem.
