Cable Tv Channels to Ethernet packets

Hi,
I would like to know is there any equipment which can convert the cable TV channels to respective ethernet packets and sent over 100Mbs link. (to diiferentiate the channels on the Ethernet packets some kind of classification (VLan Tag etc ...) can be used)
