Hi,

Can anyone psl teach me how to check for any transistors operating in triode mode using Cadence ADE? Thanks in advance. :D

After running a DC analysis choose

results - print - DC operating points

then select the transistor u want to check. You will find a parameter called "region". This indicates where ur transistor operates as follows:

0: off
1: triode
2: saturation
3:subthreshold
4:breakdown

You can also run Results -> Circuit Conditions and then click the condictions that you want to be highlighted

is there any way to obtain this mode of operation for devices in PSPICE ???
