calculating the SNR,THD and SFDR

hello all,

can u please tell me how to calculate the SNR, THD and SFDR(spurious free dynamic range) of a designed 10bit ADC .

i have saved the digital read outs from the ADC for a ramp input.....but how do i calculate the SNR, THD and SFDR

how did u make the PSD plot in the link that u gave me?

did u use the psd function from calculator on the digital output lines (D0 - D9)?

could you explain in a little more detail how to calculate the SNR and SNDR?

because there were a lot of suggestions and i don't understand them all...:(
