Concept of positive feedback

Can somebody expalin me that how the configuration of CE amplifier shown in attached file act as an oscillator. I mean how these capacitor divider act as a positive feedback and makes amplifier unstable..???

The capacitor gives a delay.
If the feedback is very delayed that arrives at input when the original signal has disapear, with the same amplitud (or bigger )and frequency. This feedback signal will be the new original signal. And this situation will going on.
