I am doing a variable gain amplifier project by using the software "hspice"
The requirement is as follows:

supply voltage: 1.5V
Load capacitor CL: 5pF
power consumption<450uW
LFG>100dB
UGF>5Mhz
CMRR>=80dB

I use a folded cascode amplifier followed by a single-state amplifier to form a two state amplifier. The CMRR is not quite good. Is there any method make the CMRR higher? Thx a lot.[/img]
Ways to improve the CMRR:
1. Increase the output impedance of tail current source. You can try using cascode current source there.

2. Pay attention to the symmetrical issue to your amp.

You can use the cascode current source to increse the output impedance.
