Info about Flash memory as an external RAM memory

use flash memory as external ram

Hi everybody,
I need some info about external Flash memories that include their maximum size and access time. I want to use flash memory as an external RAM.

is the datasheet of the "target" flash memory is not enough?
Try downloading the datasheet first.

My experience is limited to flash memory used as BIOS chip in PC motherboards. They typically has access time around 9ns-12ns.
