cml to cmos converter

Can any one tell me a method to convert CML logical levels (1.4-1.8) differential to CMOS logical levels (0-1.8) single ended?

I think ...

Simple Differential AMP + Simple Single Ended AMP is a easy solution.
And the other way is using Comparator.
