cmos vco agilent

I have an All-PMOS LC VCO, which is working on multiple frequency bands from 1.7 GHz to 2.5 GHz by using switched capacitors. For Phase Noise Analysis, I am using Harmonic Balance simulation of Agilent ADS, but I've got this error : "OScillator analysis did not converge. Setting solution to zero". so I get zero for phase noise. I tried different noise frequency sweeping, but it didn't work out. The convergence mode is "Basic" I tried "Auto" too, and it was the same.
I would be grateful if some one could help to solve the problem.
Thank you!

what is the fundamental frequency u set in the HB simulator , and what is fft oversampling

can u send ur project to check it

khouly

The fundamental frequency is 2.5 GHz and the oversampling is 4.
