Can I use Cadence specre and Virtuso tools to simulate and design analog mixed Discrete components circuits?

Circuits i aim to make consist of component tht i need library for them, such as 2N2222 NPN transistor, and 2N3906 PNP, ...etc.

Can I find either a ready library to get these components from it or even find models to add to this tool?

I don't know about Cadence tools at all,
I am working to design an FM data link, and use a good tool to work with,

I don't know, is Cadence the best one?
