if let's say the secondary side of transfomer windings are out of phase, after I connect to VM, does the VM still charges up to 2*n*Epk??

if let's say the 2ndary windings are in phase, the same formula applied>??

pls give me more details

we can use center tapped pin as a ground. If u measure other two terminal u can get voltage double.
 

Plz Give Us some detail which funcion of Circui U need and what is u'r problem?
