How to initialize a graphical controller for SED1330F in C?

SED1330F

I am just the beginner of manipulating SED1330F in C. I Don't understand how to initial the graphical controller such that I can drive the LCD sucessfully.
MY LCD display module si: MEP-G128128ZPCW-3N

Please Help !!!
