pure sine wave wanted

hi, im new to the site and need help. i want a pure sine wave inverter but only can get hold of modified sine wave. any advice on a conversion circuit.

That depends on how "pure" sine wave will you be happy with ..
Most of "true" sine wave inverters use high-frequency switching and although the output looks like sine wave, they have 3-10% distortions ..

If the output power is not high, you can consider building a 50-Hz sine-wave oscillator + output stage similar to an audio amplifier + standard 12-230V transformer ..

few months ago ,when i was designing my DC source, i read a service manual of a Tek crt Oscilloscope, it could be useful to you.
But sorry i cant find it.(perhaps deleted)
you can download some of them, the power switching schem is creative
