The difference between force keep & force hide?

Force hide is used to hide the cells from the library to avoid the tool using them during placement.
 

Force keep can be applied for cells and nets

Force keep actually keep that particular cell that means cells cannot be removed or upsized or moved i.e it cannot be touched

Same case with keeping nets
In this net buffer cannot be inserted and so on....
