In the case of NPN Bjt the "mean forward transit time TF" is given as
(base width)²/2 x (DIFFUSION CONSTANT OF THE ELECTRONS IN THE BASE)
"mean REVERSE transit time TR " is also given as
(base width)²/2 x (DIFFUSION CONSTANT OF THE ELECTRONS IN THE BASE)
then why TR>TF ?? Is the diffisusion coeffcient in the case of reverse mode is smaller than that of the forward mode???
