how use level66 spice model is hspice ??

hspice level66

for High volt process , hspice release new spice model called level66 ,
and old Hi-Volt model called level 101 (hspice can not use ) , who use level 66 model
in High volt cmos design like LCD driver chip .


by the way , what is the PSP model ? philips surface-potential model .

* March 2006. The latest PSP 101.0 was released. The documentation can be found here and the code can be downloaded from here.
* Dec. 2005. PSP model was selected for standardization by the Compact Model Council (CMC).
* Dec. 2005. PSP team has been awarded first prize in the CMC Next Generation MOSFET model project.

PSP is the latest and most advanced compact MOSFET model developed by merging the best features of the two successful surface potential-based models: SP (developed at The Pennsylvania State University) and MM11 (developed by Philips Research).
