What is the initial value that is stored in RAM?

status of RAM

hi
i want to know when v reset the microcontroller then what is the initial value stored in RAM? is it 00h or ffh or random value.
is it important to clear RAM before using it?

The RAM will contain the random data. So always you have put your data into particular RAM location before reading it.
