Dear ALL,

How can I get a large on chip resistor, in order of 100MΩ with a MOS resistor ?

Thanks in advance

You can search patent on large resistor implement. There are some ways. I saw intel's patent on larger resistor.

You can use switched capacitor as large resistor R = 1 / ( C * F ),
where F - frequency of switching.

Very long channel with narrow width PMOS. And the PMOS should be turn on. For 100M Ohm, the L/W may be >1000/1.
