how to do ic burn-in process

I am looking for some pointers toward how an IC test socket is built ,i.e. design procedure to molding process toward making a finish test/burned in socket.

PS: This organization is specialized inburned in & ic test sockets, so here is the link just in case any is interesting into learning of the extragavanza cost of a lowly test socket
