I want to design RF CMOS circuit in typical CMOS n-well process

first of all, Is it possible to design RF Circuit in CMOS process?

for example, Microstrip is used as matching component in RF

but Microstrip is consisit of conductor and insluator.

in typical CMOS n well process, Metal may be used as conductor in Microstrip.

but How do I design insulator in Mirco strip? Can I use N well as insulator?

How about inductor? is it possible to design accurate inductor?

How do I design inductor?

I want to know the limitation of desiging RF circuit in typical CMOS process.

thanks

Re: Can I design RF CMOS circuit in typical CMOS N well proc

i am no expert in this..but I think that u wud do well in a process that has atleast 2 thick metal layers, that gives u good inductors!
