±5V,0.35~0.6u,bicmos or sige bicmos process with MPW schedule?

what i mean was ±5 supply,bicmos for mixed signal design.does those foundry your post reach this high supply voltage for moxed signal design?thanks.
 

Maybe ASMC in shanghai.
 

i want to design a high speed high precision analog-to-data converter with a process i mentioned above,it must have a high Ft while mantain high voltage supply.

that is a rare foundry process. Maxim and AD did uses that already for mass production. For foundry I think Polar is an exact fit:
