I need 24bit ADC with built-in microcontroller with 32-64 Kbyte flash.

This device should low cost.

see analog device microconverters ,and also TI 8051 based micros with 8 ch ADC ,16/or 24 bit
 

I heard, that analog devices' microconverters have many errors. I don't know is this true, but better look at the analog devices bug list.
 

For low speed sigma-delta ADC, try TI MSC1210..
