How to connect WLL phone (serial) port to computer serial port?

Is there anybody know how to connect WLL phone (serial) port to computer serial port. I mean by direct serial cable or by using MAX232 ic to design cable.

I don't know how to connect WLL phone but if it's possible to make serial cable you need to know phone's voltage:

MAX232 = 5 V (older phones)
MAX3232 = 3.3 V (newer phones)

what is the phone make and model number? does the spec say something like "rs232"? if so, you probably don't need a max232. also, you will need to know the pinout of the wll phone's connector.
