IC for measuring high frequency power and give output

Hi

I am working on a project of RF power meter (wattmeter) that can measure power of signal having frequency upto 900Mhz. I want to know that is there any IC (or circuit) available that can measure high frequency power (upto 900Mhz) and give output.
