Hi There,
I don´t know of any link but try this book from SCHAUM'S OUTLINES SERIES.
The book is called VECTOR ANALYSIS AND INTRODUCTION TO TENSOR ANALYSIS.
The are a lot of examples.

I used it for reference when I was studying ELECTROMAGNETICS last year.

I hope it helps.
