Hello All,

I want some library (S parameters, footprint, bias parameters, etc.) for BJT/GaAsFET/MMIC which will be useful for using in C-band (4-8 GHz) Amplifier Design.

Any vendor who provides these is fine...

Look at sirenza,agilent,...There are many amplifiers.
