Could you explain me how to noise simulation in Cadence step by step?

I don't know what should I measure at output.

what is difference between equivalent output and equivalent input?

If you don't want to explain me, give me some article or tutorial paper plz.

thanks

Do you mean the NF simulation?
If so, You can make it by using the SP-simulation.
In the SP-Analysis configuration, select the input port and the output port, and then sweep freq. Choose DO noise, specify the output and input port for noise, after simulation, you can get what you want.
I think you can get a clear explation in the spectreRF user mannual.
Best Regard!

you have to say what your circuit is. if you have a lna then you run SP if you have a mixer then you need to run pnoise and pss.
