I'm using a CF card to store MP3 files. I managed to read and play them through a decoder. Now I would like to write to an existing file (text file) in the CF card. But it doesn't seems to work. I'm using the Common Memory Mode of CF. My writing process looks like these:

1. Locate the required file in root directory.
2. Once found, retrieve its location and size.
3. Write accordingly starting from the first byte location of the file as text file has no special header or other characters (writing is no more than 512 bytes or 1 sector).

Thank you in advance...
