I have an intercom that works through mains.
My problem is that the two appartments I want to communicate are supplied from different phases. One from R and the other from S. What can I do in order to communicate between the two appartments via intercom ?

Note I've heard that one solution is to bridge the phases with caps ! Is this a good idea?

My regards

i dont think is the good idea

u give ur signals to s phase

It depends on your carrier. But if it's high enough, you can indeed try using a capacitor between the two phases.
I would use 1uF/680V.
Mind you that the voltage between the phases is around 380 V rms.
