movment sensors

hi
i want to know is there any IC spicially for movment sensors.
plz give me the number or if u can the data sheet of these IC's.
thank u very much

u actually need a movement sensor not a IC

Hii there ,
if u want to detect only the movement then i can tell u a sensor for this purpose ..
U can use a sensor named TSOP1738 which is a IR receiver sensor , and it is very cheap also (@25 Rs/-)
u can serach the word " IR navigation" in www.roboticsindia.com to see how to operate the sensor . I have used this sensor , if u find any Problem in operating this sensor , u can contact me @
