power supply design

Goal is to develop an electrolytic capacitor free SMPS.

input 25-65 Vac output 24 volt dc 1A (additional 8v 150ma would be nice)

efficiency including powerfactor corrector >85%

any recommendations for a combi controller that supports both the pfc and smps part?

any application notes/reference designs are appreciated
