instal. base and USR in cadence

hi friends
i wanna install cadence tools .i have base release cds and updates release also. whether i have install base first ,then updates. or updates directly without base.
please clear difference in base and USR.
in the point of installation. i know they fix some errors in USR.
 

you can install the soft from USR cd1# setup.sh
and after about 80% or more(i cant remember clearly) installation,
the soft will ask for the BASE cds,
then mount the cd to finish installation
And you can find how to install cadence in INSTALL in cd 1#
enjoy it
 

so i have to install first USR cd #1 then i have to install base.
but i thought first base relase then USR 's
please clear it
 

Install update CD before Base, however, if you already installed Base you can also update it later.
