ps/2 and serial interface

i have spartan3 fpg starter kit from xillinx
i want vhdl or verilog code to interface with ps/2 and serial (rs232)
thanks for any help

A student asignment ??
It seems that you have to make a vga-ps/2 terminal,maybe a text 80x25 interface.

Believe me here in you won't find exactly the IP cores but many ideas.
For Ip example cores you have to make a very extended search on google.

p.s.

i did the same thing for about 2 months.
