Dear All,

I am using Tsmc 0.18um design kit. there are two models for the nmos/pmos transistor, one is normal and the other is named "mismatch model" ( in the tsmc18rf lib there are 2 transistors nmos2v and nmos2v_mis ).

Which one should I use for Monte Carlo analysis?

I tried the two, the mismatch model gives wider spread ( larger sigma ).

thanks

monte carlo tsmc

The models I've seen that have monte carlo data in them, usually there is a block within the model file just like corner block. You'll have to check with your CAD resources to make sure if monte data is valid
