Hi all,

Does anyone know if the flash memory in these new XP devices from lattice is generally accessable from the user's design?

The reason i ask is I wonder how much flash there is, and if it could be useful for storage of keys and/or lumps of firmware and such things?

Thanks!

Hi,

As far as I know, there is only enough flash for the configuration. However, the flash also shadows the EBR (block RAM) this might help you for your application.
